After your stag party, we kindly invite you to share your experience with StagFree on our selected platforms (Google, Trustpilot, etc.).

To ensure we receive well-rounded and meaningful feedback, we encourage your group to submit two quality reviews:

    • One from the organiser who planned the stag with StagFree, reflecting the booking and coordination experience
    • One from a guest who attended, capturing the event from a participant’s perspective

By sharing insights from both sides, you help us continue to improve our service while giving future groups a clear and honest idea of what to expect.

    Provide your best photos and/or video clips from the party, following our content guidelines. The quicker we get your content, the sooner your video is ready.

    By sending in your content, you confirm that everyone featured has given permission and that it can be used in your video.
  • 📢 Sharing the Highlights
    We may use short clips from your video or submitted content for marketing—showing real StagFree stag experiences. If you’d rather not, just let us know in writing.

StagFree Review Reward Programme – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

1.1 The StagFree Memory Video (“Reward”) is offered as part of the StagFree Review Reward Programme.
1.2 The Reward is provided in exchange for a qualifying customer review and is not included as a complimentary or standard package feature.

2. Eligibility

2.1 To qualify for the Reward, the booking must be completed in full.
2.2 At least two positive valid reviews must be submitted:

  • One by the person organising and planning the stag party with StagFree, and
  • One by a guest attending the stag party, as instructed by StagFree.

2.3 StagFree reserves the right to determine whether a review is genuine and meets submission requirements.

3. Review Requirements

3.1 Reviews must be submitted on the platforms specified by StagFree.
3.2 Reviews must reflect a genuine customer experience and meet the requirement of two separate quality and positive reviews as outlined in section 2.2.
3.3 Reviews that are deemed fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate will not qualify for the Reward.

4. Content Submission

4.1 Customers must provide photos and/or video clips for use in creating the memory video.
4.2 Content must comply with StagFree’s content guidelines, which will be provided after booking.
4.3 StagFree is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by late or incomplete content submission.
4.4 StagFree reserves the right to decline content that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or unusable.

5. Permissions & Consent

5.1 By submitting content, the customer confirms they have obtained consent from all individuals featured.
5.2 The customer grants StagFree a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, edit, and reproduce the submitted content for creating the memory video.

6. Marketing Use

6.1 StagFree may use excerpts of submitted content or the final video for marketing and promotional purposes.
6.2 Customers may opt out of marketing usage by notifying StagFree in writing prior to video production.

7. Delivery

7.1 Video production will begin only after:

  • A qualifying review has been received, and
  • All required content has been submitted.

7.2 Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on content quality and volume.
7.3 The video is provided in a digital format only.

8. Limitations

8.1 The Reward has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or substituted.
8.2 StagFree does not guarantee specific video length, style, or editing features.
8.3 StagFree reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Reward Programme at any time without prior notice.

9. General

9.1 By participating in the Review Reward Programme, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
9.2 These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
